currently seeking an Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead our office and service both in-person and remote clients across various states and countries. Unlike firms that segment work by type, our team members handle all aspects of client accounts or collaborate internally to ensure full completion. You will be responsible for performing payroll, tax filing, accounting, tax preparation, and IRS communications.

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in corporate finance and tax preparation Self-driven with a strong commitment to daily team collaboration Efficient and clear communication skills with clients Proficiency in ProConnect Tax, QuickBooks Online, and the Gmail suite, with the ability to learn new platforms Experience in corporate and trust tax preparation, weekly payroll, payroll and sales tax filing, and managing IRS communications on behalf of clients

Position Details:

Starting Salary:

$65,000+, commensurate with experience Monthly bonus opportunity based on performance
