Temporary Accounting Associate Are you looking for a short-term accounting opportunity? This Temporary Accounting Associate position is the one! You'll put your skills to work at a fast-paced White River Junction, VT company. Responsibilities of the Temporary Accounting Associate Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile accounts Prepare and record cash deposits Maintain general ledger Prepare and enter journal entries Create financial statements Assist with budgeting and audit processes Perform additional tasks as required Qualifications of the Temporary Accounting Associate 1-3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience High school diploma required, some college level accounting classes preferred Extensive knowledge of GAAP Computer proficiency including MS Office and accounting software; experience with Multiview is a plus High attention to detail Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality The Temporary Accounting Associate works Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm for $22-$25/hour, DOE.
