Position Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general accounting functions, including general ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparationOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reportingMaintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial proceduresSupport audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurateReview balance sheet reconciliations and analyze financial results for trends or discrepanciesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting as neededIdentify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of progressive and relevant accounting experience
