Staff Accountant I Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 Base + bonus

Core Responsibilities Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, reporting, and analysis. Manage fixed asset accounting processes, including asset capitalization, tracking, and maintenance within the ERP system. Review purchase orders and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Perform variance analysis and assist leadership in understanding financial performance drivers. Partner with accounting and FP&A leadership on process improvements, audit support, automation initiatives, and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 2-3 years of public accounting (audit) experience or 3-4 years of progressive industry accounting experience.
