Oversee and review the accurate collection of subcontractor prequalification materials, including financial, safety, and other related documents.

Job Requirements and Duties:
Responsible for subcontractor prequalification process and systems Lead review of subcontractor prequalification submission for completeness and accuracy and enter data into subcontractor prequalification system Follow up with Swinerton business units for missing subcontractor prequalification data Lead routine standard investigations into subcontractor's financial information to verify it is fairly reported to Swinerton Lead subcontractors and/or Swinerton business units with system troubleshooting and questions Oversee prequalification processor(s) to provide guidance, training, and assistance if needed Evaluate and maintain subcontractor prequalification status Execute ad-hoc subcontractor prequalification requests Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills/Experience:
Four-year business/accounting degree. 1-3 years of accounting-related experience. Construction work experience a plus Experience with CMiC accounting and project software is a plus Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills Good understanding of GAAP principles and accounting procedures Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel Effective written and verbal English communication skills, including professional telephone manner Reliable, dependable, and flexible Strong interpersonal skills
