Job Description
1-3 years experience working in an accounting/bookkeeping firm Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Adaptability with changing work needs, to working independently or as part of a team, and to carrying out multiple tasks or projects The ability to ensure all work and changes are accurate and being completed in a timely fashion Reviewing financials, account analysis, reconciliations and journal entries related to client accounts Preparing state, parish and any other necessary sales and use tax returns The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight time deadlines Effective problem solving and analytical skills are a must Experience in Accounts Payables and Receivables (a plus) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required Spanish speaking (a plus)
