We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with dealership accounting experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position is responsible for processing warranty cancellations, extended service contract cancellations, GAP cancellations, and assisting with various dealership accounting responsibilities. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate on our specific processes. Responsibilities Process warranty, service contract, GAP, and ancillary product cancellations Maintain accurate records and follow manufacturer and lender guidelines Assist with dealership accounting functions and administrative tasks Work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Management teams Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications Previous dealership accounting experience is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Stable, family-owned dealership with over 40 years of serving our community Supportive team environment with opportunities for continued growth Dealership accounting experience is required for this position.
