About the Role We're looking for a personable, self-motivated administrative professional to help keep our accounting office running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, tech-curious, and genuinely enjoys making other people's workloads lighter. If you love a clean, well-organized workspace (physical and digital), get a kick out of learning new tools, and take pride in getting things done , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Keep our office organized, clean, and running efficiently Manage electronic data storage — organizing raw data, scanning documents, and keeping digital files structured and easy to find Work in Adobe PDF Pro to edit, merge, and manipulate multi-page documents Support our social media presence and help manage our online accounts Plan and coordinate firm events and gatherings for groups of 15-40 people Use Excel, Word, OneNote, and Teams daily to stay organized and collaborative Take initiative to spot where you can help and jump in to ease the team's workload What We're Looking For Experience in an administrative role at an accounting firm Personable, accountable, reliable, and self-motivated Genuine interest in learning new skills and applying technology to work smarter Efficient and organized, with an appetite for taking on more A helpful, team-first attitude Bonus Points For Experience With Accounts payable posting and bill paying Bank and credit card reconciliations Website design Using AI tools for data extraction and organization
