What You'll Do Enter jobs, labor, and production data into our ERP system Create packing lists, shipping documents, job costing and customer invoices Process accounts receivable, customer payments, collections Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Support the accounting, estimating, production, and shipping teams Maintain organized office records and perform general administrative duties What We're Looking For Administrative office experience (in a manufacturing environment preferred) Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to confidentiality Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and collections ERP software experience (E2 Shoptech is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Basic Accounting and QuickBooks experience Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field a plus Why Join Atlas?
