Administrative duties include answering the phone, greeting customers and filing Assisted with marketing, creating brochures and stocking supplies Processed Payroll, payroll taxes using QuickBooks Managed sales tax filings Processed AP, AR, Invoicing/Billing, Collections Managed Shipping (domestic & international) Onboarded new hires 5 plus years of experience
