You'll lead a small team, and drive process automation while ensuring accurate, timely accounting close. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing AR functions, strong reconciliation skills, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records and improving accounting processes. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day Accounts Receivable (cash application, aging reports, collections, credit reviews) Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Oversee month-end close activities:

reconciliations, accruals, aging reviews, and journal entries; ensure accuracy under GAAP. Partner with department managers to resolve billing issues, disputes, and variances. Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing AR team; manage workload and priorities. Qualifications 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant AR ownership; 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots); data analysis and reconciliation strengths. Excellent organization and communication skills. Detail-oriented, process-minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorites and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong problem-solving skills. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
