Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of Accounts Payable leadership experience managing large teams and direct reports. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience overseeing high-volume AP operations processing 50,000+ invoices monthly. Strong ERP and AP systems experience (Lawson, Brainware, Perceptive, or similar). Advanced Excel skills and proven experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Job Description:
Lead a large-scale Accounts Payable organization supporting multiple business units and complex financial operations. Drive automation initiatives, process optimization efforts, and operational excellence programs. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing AP team while establishing policies, procedures, and performance metrics. Partner with executive leadership on strategic finance initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial processing while improving vendor payment experiences and reducing costs.
Compensation:
Up to $165,000+ Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
