Lively atmosphere Flexible working hours Farm Habit is recruiting a team member responsible for auditing vendor sales at our weekly, year-round markets. This position is integral for maintaining the integrity of our markets. Help be part of the local food system by connecting local farms to local residents! Flexible dates based on need and availability. We are a very small team and looking for someone to conduct audits at our West Hollywood Market weekly, and Social District market sporadically. Position Description Approximately 5.5-6 hours per market Starting at $20.25 per hour + $5 Market Bucks to spend at Market each week (if you arrive on time) Opportunity for compensation review after working 156 hours Work locations: At the market (West Hollywood, Social District, Inglewood, ) Available hours: SD, Ing, Saturdays 8:30-2:15, WH Mondays 8:00-2:15 Will train upon hire Qualifications Trustworthy, FUN and hardworking people-person. Great attitude with can-do spirit. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Team player with ability to take direction and work independently. Reliable transportation to get to work on time. Job Responsibilities Vendor Relations. Get to know vendors, make them feel comfortable and supported. Record sales in detail, and submit reports to Operations Director. Collect fun facts from vendor about their operation to include in social media. Remain onsite during market hours (outside, must be able to handle the elements as we are a rain or shine year-round market). Perform administrative functions on the day-of. Communicate and report directly to the Market Manager.
