Full-Time About Chocolate Bash Chocolate Bash is a rapidly growing international dessert franchise brand known for its signature crepes, waffles, pancakes, and chocolate-dipped desserts. With over 20 locations across the U.S. and overseas, we're expanding our corporate team in Tustin, California , and looking for a professional, organized, and energetic Franchise Auditor & Trainer to join us. Position Overview The Franchise Auditor & Trainer ensures that all Chocolate Bash locations follow company standards, provides in-person and virtual training to new and existing franchisees, and maintains clear communication between the corporate office and franchise operators. This is an on-site position at our corporate office, with travel within the United States for audits and training visits. Compensation $23 per hour during training Monthly salary after completing the training period Commission for each franchise training completed All travel expenses covered for audit or training trips Career growth opportunities within the Franchise Department Responsibilities Conduct audits to ensure franchise compliance with company standards Provide on-site and in-store training for new and existing franchisees Prepare audit and training reports and recommend improvements Communicate with franchise owners and teams to ensure operational success Qualifications Experience in franchise operations, hospitality, or management preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and presentation Willingness to travel across the U.S.
