Bachelor's Degree

5-7 years of experience in automotive retail and technical fields

In-depth knowledge of dealership retail processes, especially fixed operations

Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (O365)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

Ability to travel 80% of the time, primarily within a 6-hour driving radius

Valid driver's license

Preferences

Experience with warranty audit processes

Knowledge of risk management and control objectives

Understanding of franchised dealership models

Experience in conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions
