$115,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience About the Opportunity A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is looking for an Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager to join its Columbus office. What You'll Do Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client leadership Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and quality Lead, train, and mentor staff and senior associates Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and multiple deadlines Support business development and help grow client relationships What You Bring Active CPA license (required) 5+ years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance Industry specialty or generalist experience (both will be considered) Strong technical, communication, and client service skills Experience leading and developing engagement teams What's Offered Base salary of $115,000 - $175,000, depending on experience Manager or Senior Manager level, based on background Excellent benefits package Real opportunities for career advancement How to Apply All applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
