2988837305-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cox Automotive seeks an Automotive Estimator/Auditor Specialist II to evaluate vehicle condition, repair estimates, and audit repair documentation for accuracy and compliance. In this role, you'll analyze digital and physical inspection data, compare estimates to guidelines, identify variances, and recommend adjustments that protect margin and customer trust. You'll collaborate with operations, remarketing, and client teams across Cox brands to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support pricing decisions. This position thrives on attention to detail, data-driven decisions, integrity, and clear communication in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. Responsibilities Evaluate vehicle condition reports and repair estimates for accuracy and completeness Audit repair documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements Compare estimates against guidelines, pricing matrices, and historical data Identify discrepancies, overcharges, or missing items and recommend corrections Collaborate with operations, remarketing, and client teams to resolve estimate variances Use digital tools and data systems to track, analyze, and report on audit findings Support pricing and remarketing decisions through data-driven recommendations Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices for estimating and audits Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and quality control Required Skills Automotive damage estimating Collision repair knowledge Repair documentation auditing Estimating software (CCC, Audatex, etc.) Data analysis and variance detection Vehicle condition inspection interpretation Excel and reporting tools Compliance and quality assurance Written and verbal communication Process improvement
