Job Description
Position Summary:
The District LPAC auditor will audit LPACs for compliance, verify that LPAC documents are uploaded, and will
assist with BESL program data entry on the student information system Skyward Q.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Must Meet one of the following:
- A High School Diploma and 48 hours of higher education
- An Associate's degree or above
- ESL or Bilingual certification (a plus)
Experience:
- 6+ months of experience working for a Public or Private School. (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): - Ability to use computers proficiently for word processing, spreadsheets, and record
- keeping
- Ability to use Google Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learn the Same Goal online platform for LPACs
- Learn Skyward Q SIS Special Programs module
- Monitor/audit LPACs for compliance
- Verify that LPAC documents have been uploaded and verified for students
- BESL Program data entry on Same Goal and Skyward Q SIS
- Communicate with the BESL Department to meet compliance requirements
- Learn Google Drive
- Maintain accurate records of activities and results of efforts
- Attend mandatory staff development training to perform job functions to improve compliance
- Generate reports as needed
- PreLAS/LAS test students online as needed
- Other duties as assigned
