This role is responsible for driving business development, growing customer relationships, managing branch sales performance, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and commercial banking , proven leadership experience, and solid knowledge of banking products, commercial lending, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall sales, service, and operational performance of the branch. Develop and execute branch business plans to achieve revenue, deposit, lending, and profitability goals. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective consumer and commercial banking clients. Generate new business through outbound business development, community involvement, networking, and client referrals. Identify client needs and introduce appropriate banking products and services. Partner with internal banking teams and product specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients. Monitor branch sales and customer service performance against established goals and objectives. Recruit, train, coach, and manage branch employees while maintaining a strong performance-driven culture. Oversee employee performance, work assignments, development, and day-to-day branch activities. Ensure branch operations comply with internal policies, procedures, banking regulations, and applicable laws. Maintain proper controls over branch assets, records, loan collateral, and securities. Prepare and review required financial, operational, and regulatory reports. Represent the bank at community events and local organizations to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years of banking or related financial services experience. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong experience in branch banking, business development, commercial banking, or commercial lending . Solid understanding of banking products and services, including deposit and lending products. Ability to read and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets. Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships. Strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, senior management, and community partners. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation Base Salary:

$71,000 - $140,000 per year Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and work location. Work Authorization Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
