AOG Lending LLC $100,000 annual base salary; legally required overtime paid separately We're launching a Los Angeles pest-control business and looking for a licensed California Branch 2 Operator to help build it from the ground up. You will initially be the company's sole field operator, personally running routes and performing pest-control services while helping establish the business. As we hire technicians and the customer base grows, the role is expected to shift toward training, supervision and day-to-day operations, with fieldwork continuing as needed. The pace of that transition will depend on business growth and staffing. The founder expects to seed the business with approximately 30-40 property accounts; final account commitments and service schedules are being confirmed. Responsibilities Perform general pest-control inspections and treatments, with clear customer communication and service records. Serve as the company's Branch 2 qualifying manager, subject to required registration and Board approval. Establish routes, equipment needs, safety procedures and service standards. Help estimate jobs and retain and grow customer accounts. Recruit, train and supervise technicians as the business expands. Qualifications Active California Branch 2 Operator license and ability to serve as qualifying manager. Strong hands-on general pest-control experience. Willingness to run routes personally during startup. Sound judgment, reliable customer service and organized recordkeeping. Valid driver's license and driving record suitable for company vehicle insurance. Prior technician training or supervisory experience preferred.
