This is a fast-paced training program designed to bring you in from the start, regardless of your experience, and expose you to everything from start to finish in Plumbing, HVAC, and Waterworks. Successful candidates will have a passionate entrepreneurial spirit, fierce work ethic, and desire to work long-term for a company. A 4-year degree is preferred. Also, candidates must be open to relocation for the position. The Distribution Development Program is our primary source of future leaders/managers. 95%+ of our manager positions are filled from DDP or within the company. Your first year will challenge you as you learn multiple unique and interesting products, our operating system, our strategies/operating philosophies, and the world of contractors and construction. Once you have the basics, we will engage you in sales, logistics and other aspects of our business. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the company's and your personal success.
