A solid background in the staffing industry, especially in a temporary labor market.
Management Experience:
At least 5 years in a staffing environment, leading teams to excellence.
Communication Skills:
Stellar written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
Daily Operations Oversight:
Ensure top-tier service, sales, and professionalism for clients and team members.
Candidate Identification:
Utilize various methods like job postings, resume searches, and networking to find top talent.
Client Order Fulfillment:
Ensure timely and efficient filling of client orders.
Applicant Process Management:
Oversee the applicant process and follow up with clients regularly.
Policy Adherence:
Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
Performance Standards:
Ensure staff meets and exceeds performance benchmarks.
Staffing Branch Manager Desired Experience:
Staffing Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years in staffing, with experience in recruiting, hiring, and staffing. Bilingual (English/Spanish): A plus, but not required.
Team Building & Retention:
Proven ability to grow and retain a strong team.
Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges head-on.
Sales Team Management:
