MEP Supply Position Summary MEP Supply is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our new Sunrise showroom. This location is designed as a sales showroom and customer service branch (no warehouse operations or heavy equipment). The ideal candidate is organized, sales-driven, proactive, and capable of managing the branch independently while working closely with the General Manager. Key Responsibilities Open and close the showroom according to company procedures. Deliver outstanding customer service to contractors, builders, and walk-in customers. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, invoices, and customer payments. Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. Proactively generate sales through phone calls, emails, and customer follow-ups. Assist customers in selecting HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Coordinate material requests and transfers with the main branch to ensure timely customer fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests to maintain proper stock. Keep the showroom clean, organized, professional, and fully stocked. Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and priced. Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing procedures. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Collaborate with the General Manager on purchasing, inventory planning, promotions, and branch performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and vendor events when required. Identify opportunities to improve branch operations and customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, branch operations, customer service, or retail management. Experience in the HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or industrial distribution industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and ERP/POS systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
