What You'll Do:

Leading and coaching a highly effective team of 5-6 employees that will live out our Mission, "Helping our members meet their financial goals, while striving to exceed expectations with each interaction." Ensure team members are living our Mission to identify member financial needs and recommend effective solutions Consistently exhibit OUR Core Values while leading team members to do so Manage day to day branch operations to ensure team members meet credit union service and sales goals and objectives Direct and coordinate credit union branch activities, ensure systems and procedures are utilized efficiently and accurately to successfully create member centric service experience Meet and exceed Branch goals for growth in Membership and Lending Advocate for the credit union's culture, philosophy and vision and develop employees to their highest potential by identifying areas of improvement and working through development plans. Ensure policies and procedures are followed and be a member advocate to ensure prompt, efficient and professional service is given both internally and externally. Write and review performance evaluations and any necessary disciplinary action for a branch employees Maintain a working knowledge of all branch functions give direction and guidance to employees Suggest and Lead Community outreach initiatives for the branch and team

What You'll Need:

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or related experience Minimum 4 years in a sales position in a financial environment Two-year college degree or a specialized course of study Ability to multi-task Proactive in problem - solving, prepared with solutions Able to foster a positive, self - motivated, and highly engaged team that is created through mutual trust Ability and willingness to work in any of our branch locations in Troy, Warren, Royal Oak, and Shelby Township Have a current NMLS number or be able to obtain one upon hire What we
