Experience in the pest control industry is required, as is a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. Knowledge of industry specific local, state and federal regulations is a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee all operations of the local office including hiring and training of personnel, organizing and planning work schedules, budgeting, and fleet management. Review and analyze P&L statements and adjust business requirements accordingly. Actively participate in customer visits to encourage and support sales and to assess how well customer needs are being met. Be sure that key customers are visited regularly. Problem solve and provide logical solutions in situations of customer concerns and team member conflict.
