Job Description We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven P&L Head to lead New York Branch. This role carries full responsibility for branch performance, including business planning, profitable growth, sales development, operational excellence and team leadership across air and ocean freight. The successful candidate will work closely with Dimerco's global network to develop new business, strengthen customer relationships and deliver the approved business plan.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the branch P&L head, with full accountability for annual business planning, operating budget, financial performance and execution of the approved business plan in line with Group direction and strategy. Drive sustainable revenue and gross-profit growth by developing and executing effective sales, marketing and customer-development plans across air and ocean freight business. Build new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships, with a focus on profitable and sustainable growth. Lead, coach and manage the sales and operations teams to deliver service excellence, improve productivity and achieve branch performance targets. Ensure close coordination with overseas Dimerco offices and agents to develop mutually beneficial business, strengthen teamwork, exchange market intelligence and integrate service solutions for customers. Lead communication and collaboration with overseas counterparts to pursue key market opportunities, align sales activities and support cross-border account development. Ensure effective use of internal ERP system to strengthen sales management, operational efficiency, data accuracy and performance visibility. Identify operational, commercial and financial risks early, and take timely corrective actions to protect service quality, profitability and customer relationships. Job Requirements The role requires onsite work at New York city. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States. At least 10 years of international freight-forwarding experience, covering air freight and/or ocean freight. Demonstrated understanding of international freight operations, commercial requirements and customer service delivery. Candidates with a proven ability to develop new business, build customer relationships and grow revenue and gross profit are preferred. Branch management, P&L ownership or people-management experience will be an added advantage. Candidates without strong new-business development experience must be highly proficient in international freight operations and able to lead operational performance effectively. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to coordinate with overseas offices, agents and internal teams. Commercially minded, results-oriented and able to translate business plans into measurable branch actions and outcomes.
