As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and financial integrity. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to achieve excellence while maintaining a positive and compliant banking environment. Duties Lead and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, and customer service activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Manage client relationships by providing personalized mortgage lending solutions, upselling banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act. Monitor fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard assets and maintain the integrity of financial transactions. Develop marketing strategies to promote banking services, increase branch visibility, and attract new clients while maintaining existing relationships through proactive relationship management. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends in retail banking and financial services to continuously improve branch performance. Requirements Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in retail banking or financial services environments. In-depth knowledge of banking regulatory compliance including the Bank Secrecy Act and fraud prevention protocols. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to upsell products while maintaining ethical standards. Proficiency in financial software systems. Excellent communication skills for client engagement, staff coaching, and cross-department collaboration. Basic math skills including debits & credits calculations; 10-key typing proficiency; familiarity with financial software tools. Ability to handle cash securely while adhering to bank policies on cash handling procedures. A background in retail or business management within the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable. Background in lending a plus but not necessary. A full credit and background check will be performed. Although previous banking experience is not required that will be preferred. We have eight full service branches located in SC and GA with two more to be added at the end of 2026 calendar year.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
