Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking or financial services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages is preferred Strong knowledge of lending processes, including underwriting, loan origination, and documentation Proven leadership ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members Excellent customer service skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships Proficiency in financial management, sales strategies, and banking products/services Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills aligned with business objectives Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, staff, and leadership Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multitask and perform in fast-paced environments Familiarity with core banking systems and branch operations Ability to obtain and maintain Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration in compliance with the
