In-Person At Cloverbelt Credit Union (CCU), Our People Make the Difference . We're looking for an experienced, people-focused Branch Manager to join our leadership team! This position oversees the daily operations at our Weston Branch , leads and develops staff, and ensures our members receive the highest level of service possible. The ideal candidate will be an organized, motivated leader who is passionate about helping others succeed.

What You'll Do:

Manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, accuracy and exceptional member service.
Lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve performance goals and maintain CCU's culture of excellence.
Oversee branch security, compliance and operational procedures.
Support communication between the branch and other offices, including updates and operational needs.
Resolve escalated member concerns and assist with complex transactions.
Perform and approve consumer loans within authorized limits.
Open and service member accounts, including savings, checking, CDs and IRAs.
Participate in management meetings and collaborate across departments to enhance service and operations.
Promote CCU products and services to help members achieve financial success.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, customer service, or branch operations.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
