Job Description

Attention to detail and data entry skills are important requirements. The employee will interact with employers and vendors on a daily basis, so it is imperative the employee is able to interact in a professional manner at all times.

Must be able to:

Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Maintain historical records Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
