Accounting Clerk Gregg Orr Marine Overview Gregg Orr Marine is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing sales transactions, and supporting daily accounting operations within a fast-paced dealership environment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with numbers, and thrives in a collaborative team setting. Dealership experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Accurately record all sales transactions, including profits and commission payables Maintain and reconcile inventory records Process inter-company wholesale trades Ensure all deal paperwork is complete and compliant (titles, VINs, and supporting documentation) Assist with bank reconciliations and the setup of new accounts Provide administrative and accounting support to multiple departments as needed Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of accounting experience (automotive or marine dealership experience preferred) Experience with EVO or Lightspeed dealership management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel Strong data entry skills with accurate 10-key and typing abilities Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent communication and organizational skills Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening Valid driver's license required Schedule Monday - Friday Join Our Team If you are a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization, we encourage you to apply.
