Part-Time In-House Bookkeeper We are a busy and growing construction company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an in-office position for someone who is experienced with QuickBooks Online and can confidently manage day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Audit financial transactions for accuracy Generate financial reports as needed Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Organize and maintain financial documentation Support additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (required) Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required Must be able to successfully pass a background check and credit check due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the position.
