We have an immediate opening for an AR/AP Assistant. We are a busy golf course, restaurant and event center, whose team has fun and has established a positive reputation for a broad range of business. You will be an active team player and responsible for the following: Day to day Cash count/drop verification for restaurant, catering, & golf departments Bank deposit preparation Assist preparation outgoing payments (AP) Assist processing accounts & incoming payments (AR) Data input AR/AP/Other Assist preparation monthly financials Prepare "change" order requests Communicate account balance/status to members Audit/Review Inventories Communication Liasson to Office Manager/Accountant/GM/Department Heads Understand monthly business cycle Receive & return calls & emails with business vendors Assist processing/filing/reporting Human Resources Support Department Heads & Staff within departments Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Generally Mon-Fri 4 to 5 hour shifts; 20-25 hours per week total Much Flexibility Position supports Accountant who works remotely.
