We're looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a fully remote position . What You'll Do Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Perform 3-way matching and verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents Review and resolve invoice discrepancies Prepare and process vendor payments Maintain accurate vendor records and AP documentation Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close Communicate professionally with Japanese- and English-speaking vendors and internal teams Help maintain efficient AP processes in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing Fluent in Japanese and English , both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a remote environment Experience with accounting/ERP systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
