$28.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications What You'll Do As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you will manage bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple small-business and professional-service clients. Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts. Maintain general ledgers and accurately record financial transactions. Prepare journal entries and monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations. Reconcile bank, credit card, and trust accounts. Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Research discrepancies and review QuickBooks audit trails to maintain data accuracy. Use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to maintain client records. Prepare cost reports and assist with budgeting, job costing, and financial analysis. Answer client accounting questions and provide professional support. Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable standards.

What We Expect Required:

3-5 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience. Minimum 1 year of IOLTA / Professional-Interest-on-Lawyers'-Trust-Accounts (P.I.) law firm experience . Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and GAAP. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online . Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Experience managing and reconciling trust accounts. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to identify discrepancies, research financial activity, and solve accounting issues. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently.

Preferred:

Supervisory or management experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Accounting firm or bookkeeping-service experience. Payroll processing experience.
