This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliation experience. The Accounting Clerk will support daily accounting operations while working closely with purchasing, production, warehouse, shipping, vendors, and customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, follow-through, and cross-functional communication are valued. Candidates will gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing accounting processes, inventory-related reconciliations, and month-end support. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including vendor invoices, customer payments, credits, and adjustments. Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices while verifying quantities, pricing, account coding, and approvals. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve billing or payment discrepancies, and assist with past-due account follow-up. Support inventory, freight, manufacturing cost reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. Maintain accurate accounting records, spreadsheets, electronic files, and reports to support month-end close and daily accounting activity. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, purchasing, production, warehouse, and shipping teams to research and resolve discrepancies.

Compensation Pay:

$23 to $26 per hour.
