This role is well suited to someone who enjoys managing day-to-day financial activity, keeping records accurate, and providing clear reporting to leadership. • Administer bi-weekly and monthly payroll activities while confirming payroll tax filings and related records are completed correctly.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card activity, and monthly expenses to maintain reliable account balances.
  • Review available funds regularly and prepare cash position updates to help leadership monitor short-term financial health.
  • Contribute to budget planning by tracking spending, comparing results against budget targets, and highlighting variances.
  • Maintain well-organized financial files to support external audits and grant-related reporting requirements.
  • Prepare recurring financial summaries, including expense reporting and budget-versus-actual analysis, for internal stakeholders.
