Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting who are looking to advance their careers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using QuickBooks Desktop.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and filed in compliance with company policies.

Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.

Maintain organized records and support audit preparations.

Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflow.

Requirements:

Education requirement is an associate's degree in accounting.

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, during the 1st shift.
