The Opportunity This role has been created to support the company during a period of increased workload as key team members take maternity leave. You'll work directly with the owner and collaborate with a small, experienced team in a fast-paced office environment. The position focuses heavily on maintaining accurate financial records across multiple client accounts while helping keep essential bookkeeping functions on track. • Process high-volume data entry and bookkeeping transactions within QuickBooks Online
• Review and categorize bank and credit card transactions across multiple company files
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and support ongoing bookkeeping activities
• Partner directly with the owner to help manage workload priorities and address accounting backlogs What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
• 2-3+ years of recent experience using QuickBooks Online with confidence and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage work across multiple entities or company files
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and public accounting or multi-entity experience are preferred but not required Why This Role Stands Out
