Longmont , CO We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join a growing defense manufacturing organization in Longmont, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with experience in accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions who is looking to grow their career within a highly innovative organization supporting the U.S. Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience, though entry to mid-level candidates with relevant experience will be considered. This individual will support payroll processing, accounts payable, expense reporting, vendor communications, billing functions, and month-end accounting activities while working closely with a collaborative accounting team. This role is fully onsite in Longmont, CO and pays $30-$40/hour, depending on experience. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years in an accounts payable or accounting position Experience with three-way match (POs, invoices, and receipts) Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or food and beverage industry ERP experience Ability to work quickly and efficiently every single day Eligibility to obtain a security clearance Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with government contracts
