Full Charge BooKeeper must be able to file 941' s, RT6 work with Company's CPA and follow instructions from firm to assist in preparing corporate taxes and keep books straight. Must be able to to company's payroll, weekly and pay taxes weekly. must be skilled in Quickbooks, dealing in a dynamic office environment, dealing with IRS and accounting firms and manage books for company. post payments, pay supplies, keep files in order for their office, reconcile accounts, collect from customers, talk to suppliers, talk to customers. must have 5 yrs of Quickbooks experience and be able to talk to customers and collect on accounts. must be self-starter, motivated, be efficient, and courteous, Bilingual a must responses by email only, will call you for further information.
