Responsibilities include:

Monitoring accounts receivable and aging Following up with customers on past-due balances Reviewing customer credit and credit limits Monitoring orders based on account status and approved limits Managing customer credit insurance information Applying and reconciling payments Resolving account discrepancies Preparing basic A/R reports for management

Requirements:

Previous A/R, credit, and collections experience Strong organizational and follow-up skills Good communication skills Proficiency with Excel and accounting software Bilingual English/Spanish preferred We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who can take ownership of customer accounts and stay on top of collections and credit matters.

Pay:
