Virtuous Management Group located in Miramar Beach, FL is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist associate. This position is an extremely important part of our day to day operations. The successful candidate should present leadership qualities, with excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Keys duties and responsibilities:

Manage and handles with vendors and internal managers all aspects of the accounts payable process, including processing invoices for payment, recording sales tax, assisting with research to GL accountant bank reconciliations. Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used. Follow up workflow processes for the separate associations. Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule. Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner. Review and post automatic payments to ensure correct coding and authorization as well as sufficient support.

Required:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and work ethics Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience in accounts payable preferred.
