Experience / Skills

At least 2 years of heavy accounts payable Microsoft Office knowledge focusing on Excel and Outlook Must be able to work independently Must be extremely organized and self-starting Process accounts payable invoices for payment Enter invoices into accounts payable system Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable files Analyze vendor invoices to ensure invoices are accurate Maintain all accounts payable vendors Run weekly accounts payable process Prepare accounts payable aging reports Prepare, distribute and mail accounts payable checks Generate all accounts payable checks for invoices and check requests Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files Work on projects as assigned Wicker Smith takes pride in providing our employees with an excellent work environment, competitive pay and benefits and endless possibility for growth for those who join our team and initiatives to provide the best service to our clients.
