Job Description

Part-Time Bookkeeper - Golf Course Rotonda Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is approximately 20 hours per week and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.

Responsibilities include:

General bookkeeping Bank reconciliations Monthly financial reporting and P&L preparation QuickBooks data entry and account maintenance Excel spreadsheets and financial analysis Assisting with other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Experience preparing bank reconciliations and financial statements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Previous golf course, hospitality, or small business accounting experience is a plus but not required.
