- Bookkeeper Opportunity
Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Bookkeeper where you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
Duties:
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage governmental accounting tasks in compliance with regulations
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently
- Perform technical accounting duties to support financial reporting
- Conduct account reconciliation to maintain accurate records
- Utilize CRM software for bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Process customer payments by phone or when payments are received by mail
Skills:
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with financial concepts and analysis
- Technical accounting skills for accurate financial reporting
- Ability to perform account reconciliation effectively
