BOOKKEEPER

Shaw Auto Parts | Pocatello, Idaho $18-$22/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Looking for a job you'll actually enjoy coming to? What You'll Be Doing You'll help keep our accounting and office operations running smoothly, including: Accounts payable & receivable Customer statements Account reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records Reviewing transactions for accuracy Following up on outstanding balances Professional customer collection calls General bookkeeping and office support Identifying and resolving discrepancies Supporting our Accounting Director What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Dependable and responsible ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Comfortable working with numbers ✔ Accurate and able to stay focused ✔ Friendly and professional with customers and coworkers ✔ Comfortable working independently ✔ Willing to learn and ask questions ✔ QuickBooks and Excel experience What You'll get: Monday-Friday schedule — NO nights or weekends Great Starting wage: $18-$22/hour A stable position with a long-established local company A friendly, supportive work environment Opportunities to learn and grow Health, dental & vision insurance after 60 days 401(k) with company match after one year Paid vacation & sick time 7 paid holidays A Company With a History — And a Future We've been serving the Pocatello community for more than 100 years.
