Responsibilities/Essential Skills:
Process both Retail and Trade-in car deals. Payoff used car lien holders. Provide the daily report of paid off vehicles to the Controller. Assist in tracking all outstanding titles. Balance cash box and prepare daily bank deposit. Ensure all documentation is scanned into system. Maintain monthly log of all supplemental F&I products. Support a positive, professional environment with team members and customers. Excellent attendance integrity and work ethic (Detail oriented a must). Other Tasks as assigned.
Skills:
General Math for Ledger Entries Data Entry on Excel Spreadsheets Basic Computer Knowledge and Navigation Attention to Detail for Accuracy Good Communications (verbal and written) Office machines knowledge/skills Dealership experience preferred will consider relative experience.
