Essential Job Functions:

Process requisitions into purchase orders. Receive vendor invoices and process for payment. Process purchase orders for payment. Process and distribute checks to vendors. File check stubs with appropriate back-up for future reference. Provide support and assistance as needed to the cashier and department. Other duties as required.

Specific Functional Job Requirements Education Requirements:

H.S. Diploma Required, AAS in business or appropriate major preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Background in bookkeeping.

Knowledge:

General understanding of accounting process.

Skills:

Ability to work with and understand numbers and accounting.

Personal Requirements:
