Job Description

Key Responsibilities Recording Transactions:

Enter daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into accounting software.

Reconciling Accounts:

Match bank statements with general ledgers to find and fix discrepancies.

Managing Invoices:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure bills are paid and clients pay on time.

Processing Payroll:

Calculate wages, withhold taxes, and issue paychecks.

Preparing Reports:
