Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help manage our company's financial records and maintain accurate bookkeeping practices.

Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation Generate financial reports (balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.) Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters

Qualifications:

Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance
